Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. So give us a call, email, or stop in with any questions you have about your order. Any order printed differently than the mock-up approved over the under run allowance will be granted a reprint of the defective product with the condition that the faulty item(s) must be returned to us before we can reprint/remake the items. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition in which they were received. If you have any issues with your order such as misprinting claims must be made within 72 hours from receipt of merchandise/order. Some customized products may not be eligible for refund/replacement.

Delivery Policy

The shipping provider information and tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier and will be provided when the product has been shipped. The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of the product and your location.
